Biography
Lucius graduated from the Morton School of Business at the top of his class before using his formidable intellect to literally save Atwater Air from bankruptcy which made him one of the most sought after CEO in the world. He was eventually brought in to Wayne Enterprise to save the company from bankruptcy. As the CEO of Wayne Enterprise he has continually brought the company back from the brink of both bankruptcy and corporate meltdown.
Lucius was also integral in the creation of the first “Outsiders” team as Batman put them together to rescue him from Baron Bedlam. Though his wife’s name is unknown he had two children Tam Fox and Luke Fox who he tried his best to take care of them. When he later has a stroke Bruce Wayne takes care of his family financially while ensuring that he got the best medical treatment money could buy.
During “No Man’s Land” he foiled an attempt by Lex Luthor to monopolize on the destroyed Gotham City making him a target for assassination. Luckily he was saved at the last minute by Batman. When scarecrow infects Gotham with his fear toxin it is Fox who formulates a cure.
When Batman “died” he sent his daughter Tam to locate Tim Drake and bring him back to Gotham in order to save the company. Upon Bruce Wayne’s return and announcing his support of Batman Inc and funding it Fox is the man who makes and supplies all the technology used by it’s operatives all across the globe. His most noteworthy creations were the Batwing mk1 suite of armor worn by David Zavimbe and the Batwing mk2 worn by his son Luke as the second Batwing.
