Biography

Tyrone Johnson started life as a cowardly stutterer who couldn’t save his best friend’s life. He became a runaway and formed a bond with Tandy Bowen. The two protected each other on the streets until they were captured and used as test subjects by a scientist. The chemicals caused them to manifest their latent mutant powers. He became Cloak the personification of darkness itself. He is the Yin to his partner Dagger’s Yang. They used their powers as the duo Cloak and Dagger and waged war against drugs and drug-related crimes. In modern times they joined Norman Osborn’s “Dark X-men” and later on the X-men themselves.
