Biography

Shortly after the Big Bang, Tarmac discovered his body had merged with the surface he was touching- The asphalt street where he passed out. Bulletproof and superstrong, he can also heat up and take on the malleable qualities of molten asphalt. After his transformation he was a henchman for Holocaust and fought Static Shock.
