Biography

He is a longtime Villain having fought the patriot who was partnered with a young “Buck” going by the name of “Jim Crow”. He later battled Buck while he was using the Icon persona. When buck died he paid tribute to the only man who ever defeated him. His current whereabouts are unknown.
