It is unknown when she married Thor and became the Queen of the gods. What is known is that Xavier took control of her mind and made her commit terrible atrocities so he could create Utopia with Magneto and rally the human and mutants against a single enemy.

Her pantheon of gods was made up of Sawtooth the lord of the wild, Namor god of the sea, Draka King of Ice, Thor God of Thunder and Waran the Herald. Strangely her pantheon was styled similar to the Olypians going so far as to create roman and Greek styled buildings.

When the X-treme X-men arrive on her world the gods attack them. Emeline and Xavier pledge allegiance to her sparing the others. When Dazzler sung it moved her on a profound level prompting her to call for their execution. They were spared her wrath when they were rescued by Magneto and Xavier who had been controlling her. This prompted a war between the people of Utopia and her pantheon. The Xtreme X-men were able to free her of the mind control which ended the war. Once in her right mind she started to heal the world and offered the X-treme a place in her pantheon. Only Emeline accepted before the team left.
