Powers: In his finale appearance he mentioned being able to manipulate atoms. He uses this to bestow super powers on others and transform their bodies. He was also seen using this power to move and manipulate rocks with relative ease.
Biography
His past and origin are unknown but after his powers were activated and he mastered using them he relocated to the arctic. Here he would bestow superpowers on those who ventured into his cave. Brenda Funk is given powers by him when her old lover was killed.
Later on he gave powers to many different people and this lead to a confrontation with Spawn, Ant and Malcolm Dragon. The trio of heroes journeyed to his layer and battled him. He was able to fend off Spawn and Ant but was overwhelmed by Malcolm Dragon. He relented and surrendered to Malcolm but was stabbed through the chest by Spawn. He is presumed dead [Savage Dragon #217].
