Summary
Voodoo hitchhikes with “Big Willie” who after getting frisky winds up dead. She meets with three other “half breeds” who tell her to relocate after she informs them her identity has been compromised. Green Lantern Kyle Rayner shows up after tracking their signal thanks to the Guardians (This takes place before Green Lantern: The new Guardians #1) After a brief skirmish the halfbreeds send Voodoo away while they draw Kyle’s attention. They successfully escape Kyle while Voodoo does the same on earth. Now alone and without a contact Voodoo must complete her mission alone.
At the diner from Voodoo #2 another alien slaughters everyone as he searches for Voodoo.
The Good
Cover- Kyle Rayner wrapped up in the coils of Voodoo. Nice practical cover without the sexyness of past issues.
Art- Sami Basri continues to showcase great art. Everything is just right.
Story- A bit slow for Ron Marz but things are starting to take form we are learning more about Voodoo’s alien heritage and her perception of human males in particular. Her meeting with Kyle highlights the problem with assessing the human race from the stage of a strip club. When Kyle shows her trust, understanding and treats her as an equal she is left in awe. Clearly she hasn’t experienced much kindness here on earth, she is neither evil nor good at this time and can swing either way. She’s at a very 
fragile state almost like a child on the cusp of adulthood.
Mystery- Who or what is voodoo exactly? Who are the agents after her? and who is the new alien race after her?
The Bad
Kyle’s inclusion felt inconsequential and brief. It was more fanfare than something memorable or worthwhile to either character.
The Ugly
Not as good as last issue but things are coming into view 3/5
