Powers: Night Terror is a former assassin turned into a vampire so he possesses the normal powers and attributes of vampires. Night Terror can also absorb the memories of his victims when he drinks their blood.

Biography

Carl Blake was a trained assassin who had worked with the CIA. He was sent to dismantle the notorious Jamaican crime family the “Yardie Gang” which was run by Steppin Razor. He was caught unaware however and was defeated and turned into a vampire by the gang leader who was now part of the Varnea worshiping Vampires [Blade the Vampire Hunter # 4, 1994.

Almost amnesiac he fought with Ghost Rider but managed to live [Ghost Rider Annual #1, 1993].

He was then pulled back to his sire and the Yardie Gang, now all vampires in league with the Voodoo priestess Marie Lavea. He fought Blade the Vampire Hunter alongside his new family. Subduing and capturing Blade who was to be the vessel for the spirit of the very first Vampire Varnae. He was killed and blade escaped.

His body then became the vessel for the reborn Varnae but he fled alongside Steppin Razor and an unconscious Marie Laveau when Blade exposed them to the sun Blade the Vampire Hunter # 5, 1994]
