Biography

A Black stage assistant to a magician in the 1930’s, he performed on the stage for years though never as a magician. The peak of his career came when he worked on Broadway. His career came to an end when a white woman was attacked ten blocks away from where he worked. Despite her description of the attacker as white he was still named as a suspect. Knowing that he would spend the rest of his days behind bars he disappeared. Using his magic skills he created the superhero persona of “The Revenant” and went about saving the innocent regardless of race.  When his friend Alice was killed he sought out and saved The Operative and was instrumental in Alice’s sister becoming the aviatrix.
