Short Biography
Devoted and honest Kevin is the second in command of the Power Rangers Samurai team and commands the power of water. He shares the same rivalry and skills with the red ranger of his team that Tommy and Jason shared in the past. Kevin is also an Olympic level swimmer and master swordsman.
