Brightest Day #4 Review

Brightest Day #4 - Thresholds

The new Aqualad makes his first appearance. He saves his girlfriend from falling into a dried up lake. It’s also stated that the white lantern is in his town, his girlfriend is excited and he’s indifferent. Elsewhere Siren and her troops attack a ship and they have the power to dehydrate their foes.

Jason Rusch dreams of his dead girlfriend and she manifests and attacks Ronnie. (both make up the new firestorm)

The Good

Great cover and interior art

The book continues to expand on the new firestorm and how the powers work between Ronnie and Jason.

The new Aqualad makes his first appearance and Siren and her troops tie in somehow.

The Bad

Not enough panel time give to the black superheroes Aqualad and Firestorm.

The Ugly

2.5/5 for an average read
