Dewan Simon was born in a conservative home. His father was a police officer that was killed trying to prevent a terrorist attack. Dewan’s father was blamed for the deaths of the people he was trying to save. Believing it to be fate, Dewan dons the Shepherd costume to fight against crime like his father. But being a ‘superhero’ puts him at odds against villains with extraordinary powers: like a cyber ninja, the revengeful Surge who has electric powers, the super-strong bank robber Bear, mystic religious zealots, and more. Can shepherd uphold justice and graduate college and maintain a social life?
