Wesley Snipes in Talks to reprise role as Blade!?

Blade-Wesley-Snipes1

Another day another rumor. This time the big rumor is Wesley Snipes the man who kick started the modern Superhero genre with Blade in 1998 has met with the powers that be at Marvel HQ about reprising his role as the Vampire hunter now that they hold the rights to the character once more. We are excited at the prospect of seeing Snipes as Blade once more but wonder if Marvel has space in their busy movie schedule back to pretty much 2020 to fit Blade in? All these modern Superhero movies also have a pg-13 vibe which clashes with Blade more edgy R-rated personality. Perhaps they could throw Blade on Netflix and use that as a vehicle to launch the supernatural world in the MCU. Perhaps Snipes will make a cameo in Doctor Strange which will no doubt be a major gateway for the supernatural in the MCU. Who can tell at this point!?

WHAT DO YOU THINK?

SHOULD SNIPES BE ALLOWED ONE MORE SHOT AT BEING BLADE?

SHOULD BLADE HIT NETFLIX?

SHOULD BLADE HIT THE SILVER SCREEN?

Not really feelin him as Blade at this age but it sure would be a nice surprise to see him in the upcoming Black Panther movie as T’Challa’s uncle S’yan.

A fresh new young actor would be better. No disrespect to Wesley.

Absolutely. Jackie Chan is Still Doing Police Stories and Is In Incredible Shape. So Long As You Take Care of Yourself, Your Body Is Willing.

Frankly I’m sick of all the change. Keep him, he did good in opinion.. It’s rare to see an actor keep his role and be true to it. Couldn’t keep Chris as Torch so made him capt that was annoying, toby not being spider, batman not Keaton. It’s an annoying, understandable but annoying.
