Biography
Nothing is known of his past except that he tried to gain control/leadership of the ‘Vicious Circle’. During his attempted coup the superhuman Negate used his powers on Slab de-powering him and thus making him human. With his powers gone it’s assumed he was killed by the Vicious Circle [Savage Dragon #24].
