Biography

Recruited in the ranks of the H.A.R.D Corps as a rookie member he occasionally served on the main H.A.R.D Corps team. Perp’s only real character trait was being overzealous about joining the main squad especially after the members recovered and he was sent back to the rookie squad. He was a former gang member and enjoyed the gun fights they would get into but he lacked the strategic mind of other members.
