Marvel comics in a bid to stoke the controversy fire have hinted since new writer Marjorie Lui took over an impending nuptial and it turns out Longtime gay superhero Northstar and Boyfriend Kyle are the lucky couple. No doubt with all the Americas set a buzz with Barack Obama being “pro-gay marriage” Marvel has caught the attention of a nation with this controversial marriage.
The View, Comicvine, Comic Book resources and many others are buzzing about the marriage. Mind you Astonishing X-mes is not on our pull list and hasn’t been noteworthy since Joss Whedon left. This latest attempt at boosting sales has us underwhelmed- anyone remember the let down of the much hyped Cyclops and Storm kiss? Once bitten, twice shy!
