Powers: Trey has no superhuman powers of his own however the “Aegis Breastplate” grants him the ability to surround himself in an impenetrable Force field.  The level of protection is however based on his level of awareness of the incoming attack. If he’s taken by surprise he can be knocked on conscious or injured. Additionally the force Field can redirect, absorb and release energy directed at it. He can also extend the force field to encompass others over a distance of about ten feet. This field is usually invisible and always translucent.

He can also teleport to and from Mount Olympus thanks to the goddess Athena.

Biography

Trey grew up in a gang filled Brooklyn neighborhood. Concentrating on his studied he kept out of trouble. He was most interested in classical mythology, particularly the Greek kind. One day he entered an abandoned building as he heard someone or something call out to him. What he found was the Medusa head encrusted breastplate of the goddess Athena. Donning it he was granted special powers. With these abilities he became a masked crime fighter going by the name of Aegis. After saving the new warriors from Blaastar he was granted membership though his insistence on not disclosing his identity to the others made some teammates weary.  Over time and adventuring with his new friends he revealed his identity and foiled some local gangs. When Hercules attacked him in retaliation for stealing Athena’s breast plate Athena revealed that she had left it for him to discover since he was her newest Champion. She also granted him the ability to move between Olympus and Earth. During civil war he was saved from imprisonment by Multiple Man for opposing the registration act. He was inactive as a hero as he worked on getting into college when the initiative was formed. When it was later over turned he was killed by Medusa and her allies.
