Biography

K.O Carson is an ex-boxer and policeman who fought crime  in the Bakerville neighborhood in Astro City from the mid 50’s to 1972. He later retired and opened Bruiser’s Bar & Grill which caters to Super powered beings/clientele in Astro City.  Years later he bought the bar from the original owner. Julius Furst and Rex Zorus of the First Family are amongst some of his regular patrons.

  1. One of the very few black superheroes from the 1950s (retroactively, of course), which also includes the Blue Marvel as well as Flatiron, Positron, and Rapunzel from MARVEL: THE LOST GENERATION.
