Love it of hate it I enjoyed Daredevil! Sure I think casting Ben Afflec was terrible not because he cant act but becuase Daredevil first and foremost is a gymnast….he needs the body of a gymnast. Shoot me but that’s my humble opionion. Elektra played by Jenifer Garner hit all the right notes for me as did Clarke Duncan as Kingpin, Hell! even the Colin Farrell inspired bullseye managed to portray psychosis without being over the top or any time being given to elaborate on his history. As I said Afflec as DD was just unconvincing 🙁
Now word across the net is that Twilight helmer David Slade has been signed on by Fox to produce the “Daredevil Reboot”. Before you get squimish he’s also done great work on “Hard Candy and 30 days of Night. Why’s it here? Not convinced that Kingpin will ever be portrayed better than Clarke Duncan despite the “oh no he’s black” garbage that typically follows castings like this.
