Latest casting news from across the internet is that actor Jimmy Akingbola has been tapped to play supervillain Baron Reiter. According to Deadline Reiter’s role will be as the “grizzled, hardened, and commanding” leader of an underground organization, who tries to recruit Oliver.
Who the hell is Baron Reiter? Well in comics he’s known as Baron Blitzkrieg who had superhuman strength, invulnerability, flight and a limited ability to channel his powers through his eyes as destructive beams and he was not black either. Jimmy will join Echo as Mr. Terrific in Arrow Season 4.
