Biography

Folami is the daughter of chief Omarion Diya from the Village of Kagara. She was recruited into the Dora Milaje alongside Ayo and Aneka. She was jealous of the favour they received from both T’challa and Mistress Zola. After The Black Panther was found conspiring with the Illuminati in the Necropolis she became quite outspoken when the Dora decided that their role was more than to serve who ruled Wakanda blindly.

She reported this “dissidence” to reigning queen Shuri and the Queen Mother. Spurned by them she grew angry. As she left she was given a note to meet an unknown party [World of Wakanda #2, 2016].

Her newfound abilities do not go unnoticed by Zola who confronts and later analyzes the girl. When Zola tries to remove the nanites she lashes out right after hearing that her father has been forcing himself onto the women of his village and become an immoral dictator. She hides but is too late to save her father from the Dora Milaje. She is driven mad upon hearing of his death. She visits Aneka in prison to taunt her before threatening Ayo her lover World of Wakanda #5, 2016].

Attacking Ayo in bed she is still no match and has her eye stabbed out before fleeing. When Ayo and Aneka rebel she kills Mistress Zola in battle truly becoming a villain. She vows revenge after getting even more enhancements [World of Wakanda #5, 2016].
