Biography
Dr. Kevin Barry Trench was a smart yet average man who one day when he witnessed a costumed vigilante die fighting some terrorists. When he unmasked the corps he came face to face with an older version of himself. He stripped the future dead version of himself of the costume and went into seclusion, reasoning that if he never wore the costume he would be able to avoid his future fate. The body of the older version was found and he was declared dead by family and friends.
While in seclusion he met Alberto, a criminal who he nursed back to health only to be rewarded with the theft of one of the gauntlets. This prompted him to investigate the origins of the suit and he was drawn into conflict with Carnage while allied with Deathlok and Spider-man. After this, he battled many opponents with similar technology to his own and his suit revealed that it could assimilate similar tech into itself to improve and evolve. This led him to reveal himself to his uncle and loved ones before he battled the evil Warbringer and allied with Cardiac. This battle left him more powerful than ever and he faked his death to continue his fight against evil. Years later he was severely wounded after being shot point-blank in the chest by Polestar and El Toro Negro using a combination of Magnokinesis and weapons. He then tried to warn himself of the impending doom and traveled back in time but was killed by terrorists before he could, thus fulfilling his own twisted destiny by way of a time loop.
