Chloe Elizabeth Bailey (born July 1, 1998), known mononymously as Chlöe, is an American singer, songwriter, actress, dancer, and record producer. She is best known for being one half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle with her sister Halle Bailey, together with earning five Grammy Award nominations since 2018. In 2021, she released “Have Mercy” as the lead single from her upcoming solo debut studio album.
