A (Second Raikage)
A (エー, Ē, Viz: Ei, English TV: Ay) was the Second Raikage (二代目雷影, Nidaime Raikage, Literally meaning: Second Lightning Shadow) of Kumogakure. Throughout his reign he worked hard towards building peace between the other hidden villages.
