Biography
Arachnis was a member of the Viscous Circle under the original overlord. He shows up to give Overlord bad news about his control of the police force. Upon delivering the news however his boss repays him with a quick vaporization [Savage Dragon #5]. His ashes were swept up and discarded by Skullface, father of Lightning Head.
