Ciera Foster is an American actress from Northern California. She is most well known for playing female superhero lead Valiant Comic’s LiveWire (Amanda Mckee) in the live action series Ninjak Vs The Valiant Universe, produced by Valiant Digital Entertainment and directed by Bat in The Sun. The series will release in 2017.
