The Good
Cover- Our new black hero gets the cover all to herself and her lil fox on this one. It’s simple, straightforward and I like it!
Summary– In Los Angeles Fantomelle and her pet Pep infiltrate the hideout of the Punisher in the hope of liberating his famous Skull emblem Shirt. He sees through her illusions and she’s forced to make her escape with her prize instead of facing his superior skill. Back in Paris she has a broker prepare to sell the item. While musing with a friend a creature attacks them and Fantomelle is saved by X-23, the Wolverines need her help!
Art- Juan Doe provides the interior visuals and they are uniquely stylized and distinctive.

As far as introductory issues go this one was on point! Stylized visuals, nice cover and a brand new black hero folded into the mix make this one a pretty good read. We give this issue 3/5 stars!
