Skills and abilities:  Like all Nubians, Nia is an immortal.  She has mastered use of both the bo staff and sword.  She is also a skilled combatant who has mastered most of the world’s fighting styles.   

Powers:  Possesses vast superhuman strength, speed, invulnerability and durability.

Biography

Nia X is the royal princess and a member of The Nubians (a hidden race of immortals who reside in the quasi, other-dimensional African kingdom of Kush).  As a child, she was enamored with the tales of her father’s adventures outside of Kush.  When the American hero Legend came to Kush seeking assistance, she left Kush to aid the hero as a member of The Vanguard.

  1. This is a very poor hair choice for this woman’s hair. Her hair should be natual. It does not have to be an afro. I think a good choice would be locs. Locs can be both sexy and professional. The thin, miniature locs can simulate European women’s hairstyles even a ponytail. I also think she could be a little darker and her nose a little less European. When I first saw her, I thought she was Brazilian. She in no way looks “black” African unless she is mixed race.

  3. That is Halle Berry’s face on someone else’s body – At least it’s better than, say, Kittwell race swapping her into another race in one of his stories and keeping her that way like creators at Marvel did with Asian-woman-but-realy-White-woman Psylocke.
